Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of engineers, promoting a positive and efficient working environment.
Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
Manage CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to monitor and optimise maintenance activities.
Oversee stock control and ensure the availability of critical parts and tools.
Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Essential Requirements: Completed mechanical apprenticeship.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency with CMMS and stock control.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
