Area Sales Manager - Southeast of England Established over 25 years ago, our clients is a leading manufacturer of outdoor sports & leisure equipment, working with local authorities, architects, holiday parks and leisure businesses.
They are looking for an Area Sales Manager to oversee a set of existing accounts across the Southeast of England as well as identify & prospect new business opportunities across the patch.

This is a field based position, meeting clients on a face-to-face basis.
Responsibilities Identify & prospect new sales opportunities across the designated territory Schedule & attend face-to-face client meetings Build & maintain strong client relationships Qualify new tenders and projects Create & deliver high-level pitches & presentations for both prospective and existing clients Manage long-term sales pipeline Conduct site surveys & prepare quotes Attend industry events Maintain up to date knowledge of competitor activity & industry trends The Successful Candidate 2-3 years field sales experience Experience selling outdoor play equipment, leisure equipment or sports equipment is ideal Working with clients across the leisure sector, architecture, local authorities / local councils and holiday parks is ideal Candidates with a background in furniture or fitness/gym equipment sales are also encouraged to apply Technical experience in conducting site surveys would be a plus Ideally based in East London or Essex Area Sales Manager Package Basic salary: £40,000-50,000 OTE: £90,000 Company car or car allowance options Home working set up provided Access to Employee Assistance Programme Access to employee benefits and discount portal Pension options 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
