Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with salon owners to develop and implement long-term growth strategies, benefiting both salons and the brand.
Organise and deliver engaging product training sessions for new salon clients, ensuring successful brand introductions and ongoing success.
Represent the brand at industry events and association meetings to build visibility and customer engagement.
Drive sales by promoting a diverse product portfolio and implementing the brand's Powerbrand strategy across the assigned territory.
Collaborate with salons to create customised turnover plans that achieve both short- and long-term sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with salons, enhancing loyalty through proactive offerings in collaboration with Studio Group Leaders.
Regularly analyse sales performance, identifying and seizing growth opportunities while implementing action plans to meet or exceed targets.
Utilise digital tools and Sales Force Automation to optimise sales operations and align activities with the Global Salon Divisions Go-To-Market strategy.
Submit timely sales reports and collaborate closely with the education team to ensure seamless support across functions.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the beauty or a related industry.
They should be confident, approachable, adaptable, and professionally poised.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools is essential.
