Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager Client base merchants and distributors Salary: £40,000 – 48,000 plus bonus and car Do you want to work for a well-recognised and respected name within the building materials sector?
The new Area Sales Manager will report to the Head of Sales and be supported by a dedicated internal sales team that offers customer service support and new business development.
The role of the Area Sales Manager will include the following responsibilities: Support and develop spending on existing accounts Targeted on bringing on new merchant and distributor accounts Targeted to make 3 planned calls a day Monday to Thursday on the road with an admin day on Friday To apply for the role of Area Sales Manager, you will be able to say yes to the following qualifications: Experience in external sales from within the building materials sector Willingness to cover a large area and stay away from home when necessary Consultative sales approach with ease in building relationships Ability to analyze data and identify areas for growth in your accounts Good level of IT skills and experience using a CRM system Based centrally on the patch All applications will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
