Area Retail Manager

Were looking for a Area Retail Manager to train, challenge, motivate, encourage and provide constructive guidance to Shop Managers, to maximise the sales and profit potential of all shops within the area.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of managing and motivating a team to attain income targets and will maintain excellent standards within our shops.
You will relish the challenge of improving profitability and productivity as well as ensuring the smooth running of a group of charity shops across East Sussex and West Kent.You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have previous line management experience, with the capability to motivate a team of staff and volunteers.
You must be able to prioritise a constantly changing workload and be flexible to meet the demands of the business and nature of the role.
This role requires travel throughout East Sussex and West Kent and so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use will be essential.
Fully flexible across the 7 day working week, will involve some weekend working.Mondays will be based at our Distribution Centre in Larkfield for our weekly meetings.
There will be the need to be flexible to cover annual leave, sickness or to support the wider business, so may incur travel outside of the area.
