Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: ?? The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current rental market.
Duties will include: Carrying out Lettings valuations and listings Work alongside our new business generation team to identify and maximize business opportunities (both within Lettings and other areas of the business) Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face Working towards and achieving personal and department targets Building strong relationships with local property owners Understanding the local market and competitors activity Maintaining the Group's Business Generation policy and maximizing all ancillary sales Successfully manage a small team of valuers to drive conversion rates for carried out market appraisals.
Skills required : Driven and competitive mindset to achieve required targets Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage a team to ensure targets are met Strong negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge of the local property market Previous experience of working as a Lettings Valuer Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face Ambitious and hardworking Must hold a full UK valid driving license Successfully manage a small team of valuers to drive conversion rates for carried out market appraisals.
