We are partnering with BENALU-LEGRAS group to find their Area Manager UK to cover the South of the UK.
Benalu LeGras group is a European leader in the design and manufacture of industrial semi-trailers.
We are looking for a high-achiever, driven, and passionate candidate to join a European leader in semi-trailers.
The company has been operating in the UK for many years, and its products are well known for their technical design excellence, their innovation, and their outstanding quality.
All products are manufactured in Europe, predominantly in France.
As their Area Manager, you will promote and sell Benalu LeGras' range of aluminium tippers, Moving floor trailers and tankers (brand Maisonneuve) in the South of England.
You will be part of a team of 2 Area Managers based in the UK.
You will report directly to the Business Unit Director for Northern and Western Europe based in France.
Key Responsibilities: Your main duty will be to prospect and convert new leads within your territory.
This is a Business Development role where you will open new market shares for the company.
Promoting and selling Benalu Legras range of semi-trailer products, walking floor trailers, aluminium tippers and tankers on your defined territory.
Qualifying, defining, and understanding your clients technical needs and specifications.
From prospecting to final orders, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes cold-calls, field prospection, face-to-face client's meetings and road shows, technical specifications understanding and knowledge to the final quote processing with the Admin Sales Team in France.
Account management: you are the first point of contact for all clients, existing and new ones, and your role is to be the face of Belanu LeGras at all times: manage new orders, provide service assistance in cooperation with the service manager, spare parts network, and support team in French HQ.
Working on special projects with the Design and Management team back in France Marketing actions plan Keep updated on industry trends and competition Share any relevant information with the team Attend trade shows or other relevant events when requested Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant experience ideally within the Commercial vehicle sector (e.g.
trailer, specialist trailers, agro-machinery, fleet engineer, fleet management with sales talents, components supplier, commercial vehicles) Technical knowledge, understanding of the waste & recycling industry, transport and logistics Strong self-motivation, ability to work remotely and excellent team player (small, united team) Self-driven with important levels of motivation to succeed Fluent English Good skills in Excel and Word On offer is an excellent salary package, car allowance and commission structure.
