By leading, supporting, and developing individual restaurant managers, the Area Manager drives consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability across all sites.QualificationsLeadership, Team Management, and Communication skillsExperience in restaurant operations and customer serviceKnowledge of inventory management and financial reportingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong organisational skillsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred5+ years of experience in a management role within the QSR or hospitality industry, with multi-unit management experience preferred.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulations.Ability to travel frequently between locations within the area.
