As Area Manager, you will be responsible for 40 sites between Leicester and Luton, ensuring all operatives are correctly inducted and trained to deliver a first-class service to clients.
The ideal Area Manager will have previous management experience and will have sound knowledge of the cleaning sector.
Responsibilities: Management of 40 sites, with clients including leisure clubs, nurseries and offices Cleaning cover for holidays and sickness Evening cover for nurseries Cleaning audits Induction & training of all new operatives Deep cleaning Report directly to Regional Manager Support onsite cleaning teams Stock orders Requirements: Managing: 1 year (required) Driving Licence (required)
