You will lead your team ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively within the production process stream.?You will be able to effectively organise and prioritise the workload throughout the process stream to maximise throughput and efficiency without compromising on quality or compliance.
You will ensure all processes follow GMP guidelines as per Standard Operating Procedures and you will coach your team in the most efficient and accurate processes.??You will be involved in continuous improvement activities as and when required.?Full job description can be found here: Benefits?Competitive salaryAnnual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years' service)Annual company bonus scheme (subject to scheme eligibility)Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
