Area Lead Auto Electrician Full Time - 40 Hours per week Location: Honiton Area Salary: £36,000 per annum Shift Pattern: 8:00am - 5:15pm, Monday to Thursday; 8:00am - 1:00pm on FridayIn this Area Lead role, you will be responsible for overseeing the department, working collaboratively with your team, and maintaining a flexible approach to your duties.
You will take on any tasks within your capabilities to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Experience with Allison transmissions and Cummins engines is beneficial.
* In-depth knowledge of Canbus systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair Canbus-related faults.
* Demonstrated experience in loom and electrical sub-component manufacturing, along with the ability to train and mentor other team members.
* Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical and Electronics or equivalent.
* Provide first-line support to the workshop manager to ensure the department runs smoothly.
* Lead a team to complete workshop tasks, as directed by the workshop manager.
