Job Description We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our Key Player Team as a Field Care Support, involving both office and community-based care responsibilities. Our Senior Care Assistants are referred to as "Field Care Supervisors," assisting the Care Manager with compliance tasks, and this role may appeal to those looking to advance their careers. Responsibilities include Establishing client care routines Fostering positive relationships with clients and their families Supporting care consultations and service reviews Conducting staff supervisions and maintaining accurate records. Creating and auditing client care plans Mentoring Care Professionals, and ensuring compliance with Home Instead's policies on equality and diversity Participating in an on-call duty rotation as scheduled for every other weekend This role will be both offices based combined with care with a rota pattern of 3 days one week and 4 days with your working weekend Qualifications Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care/ equivalent or working towards it.
Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication.
Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Passion?for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
Must be confident to use care management technology including providing support and training to Care Professionals.
Must understand the importance of confidentiality working within current legislation.
Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
Must have full driving license and means of transport if required within the territory to visit clients.
Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
