Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Technologist or Part II assistant at WBC Group.
The Designer will be involved in technical drawing, working drawings, architectural drawings, planning and construction drawings.
Handling planning and listed building applications.
As a multi disciplinary practice we offer a range of training and cross working opportunities for the right candidate.
The role is primarily located in the Cardiff, Bath or Greater Bristol area but offers flexibility for remote work and will involve trips to the Bath/Bristol office.
Qualifications Architectural Technology skills Architectural conceptual designing Technical Drawing and Working Drawings skills Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills ACIAT or MCIAT or PArtb II qualified Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related architectural field field Min 3 years post degree experience
