Architectural Technologist

Experienced Architectural Technologist required for a  modern 16 strong established Architectural & Masterplanning Practice based in Leeds City centre.
Our client founded almost 20 years ago is spearheaded by hands on Directors who have all previously worked within large Commercial Practices, subsequently they have established a business that offers clients he best of both worlds.
They have big projects experience and have delivered various Commercial Projects to include – Retail Buildings, Offices and Education commissions, whilst retaining a small and niche practice feel by delivering one off High Builds, Residential Conversions / refurbishments and Interiors solutions.
To join this fabulous modern Practice the Architectural Technologist will be required to be a professionally qualified Architectural Technician/Technologist (CIAT/MCIAT) with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
You will have experience in delivering and supporting large scale commercial, residential and public sector projects.
You will supplement a small team of architectural and technical staff and will be responsible for the day to day coordination and delivery of a number of challenging high profile projects.
You will have an acute understanding of construction detailing, materials and the preparation of comprehensive drawing packages.
