About the Role You'll join a team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
Their projects focus on RIBA Stages 3-6 , where your technical expertise will be critical to ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality, detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit (essential; proficiency test required).
Deliver complex data centre and commercial projects , focusing on technical and delivery stages.
Collaborate with global clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.
Conduct site visits and inspections, resolving challenges effectively.
Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
Work confidently across advanced RIBA Stages 3-6 , ensuring successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications: ARB-registered Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist/Technician.
Experience: A strong background in large-scale UK projects , with data centre experience highly desirable.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Revit ; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A revit test will be required for candidates at interview stage.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Eligibility to work in the UK with at least 2-3 years UK projects experience is essential.
