Contract type: Length: 12 month contract
About the Company: The client is looking for a experienced architectural technologist in the residential and commercial sector, they need to be very proficient in Revit and be able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team to make sure project deadlines are met.

About the Role: Hybrid Outside of IR35 12 month initial contract Rate of £32-£35 prhr
Working on large scale high-end residential and commercial projects
5+ years Revit
~ Experience on a variety of projects (such as residential/ commercial)
~ Complex project such as High rise/ Hotels (desirable)

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
