Architectural Technologist / Architect

LB Design Recruitment are working with an architecture and planning company that specialise in covering all bases of property development from start to finish.
Projects are mainly residential, ranging from extensions, loft conversion, garage conversions, flat conversions, new builds and HMO conversions.
They do also work on commercial projects and have plans to branch out into other sectors.This medium size company are looking for a client facing Architect / Architectural Technologist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in project management and contract admin along with knowledge of high building regulations.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Their office is conveniently located close to the M27 and just a five minute walk to the nearest train station.
