Architectural Project Manager

Architect to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30 pm.
Duties: Responsible for delivering projects from stage 0 to 7.
Meet with professionals and clients at an early stage to agree the project brief.
Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, and restorations Meeting with construction professionals and clients to discuss feasibility of designs.
Ability to review local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints.
