Studio Seilern Architects undertakes a diversity of projects; it is our conscious decision to work on both small and large scales as well as simultaneously on new build to restoration works.
Irrespective of size or context, each project they undertake informs another.
About the opportunity Studio Seilern Architects is seeking a motivated and talented Part II Architectural Assistant to work on our UK and overseas projects.
The successful applicants will be responsible for managing the design and production of delivery packages on the main project whilst assisting on supporting others as required.
Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in a similar part 2 architectural role.
* Good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe suite is essential.
* Good working knowledge in RIBA stages 1-4.
* Ability to work within a team, as well as working independently.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to efectively prioritise tasks.
* Experience with producing drawings and 3D visualisations in Enscape to capture and communicate the design intent.
* Excellent drawings skills & experience in production of drawings packages.
* Experience with planning applications packages is preferred but not essential.
* Strong visual communication skills, preferably with free hand sketches.
* Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Benefits: * Salary range £33,000 – £36,000 * A performance related discretionary bonus system available * Fruit, snacks an refreshments available for all staff members * Office social event * 20 days annual leave plus three discretionary days over the Christmas period * Regular CPD seminars and events to cover training needs * Time off in lieu is available for pre-approved overtime exceeding specified hours The position is full-time, attending our west London studio five days a week.
