Job description The ideal candidate will posses outstanding design and presentation skills coupled with sound construction knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations.
The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, manage their own workload, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Archicad preferably, (Revit and Autocad considered) hand-sketching, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.
Candidates must have: a minimum of two years experience in a design-led UK practice Knowledge of UK Building regulations Good detailing skills experience of working on design-led residential and/or housing projects a 'can-do', proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team an excellent academic record strong design and presentational skills working experience and an excellent standard of Archicad would be preferable.
