A construction company is currently recruiting an Architectural Assistant to work in their London office & project sites in the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for office and showroom refurbishment projects, preparing and editing drawings, supporting the site team, collaborating with specialists, and preparing design presentations.
The ideal candidate should have RIBA Part 2, 2+ years' experience in architectural office, strong understanding of UK building regulations, and proficiency in Autocad and Adobe.

Architectural Assistant Main Responsibilities: Preparing, developing and editing drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design Support the site team and monitor progress Collaborating with specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors Coordinating with structural engineer and mechanical and electrical engineer Preparing design presentations and construction documentation including detailing and schedules Corresponding with sub-contractors and reviewing shop-drawings and submittals Architectural Assistant Ideal Candidate: RIBA Part 2 At least two years' experience in an architectural office, and have experience renovating showrooms and existing offices refurbishment Strong understanding of UK building regulations Familiarity with BIM Proficiency with Autocad and Adobe products Business level fluency in English ** All applicants for the Architectural Assistant must have the right to work in the country as the Company is not able to offer visa support.
