Architect, Bristol £35k - £45k If you would like to know more about this opportunity please contact Sophie Randle at RGB recruitment ASAP Exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified RIBA Architect to join a consultancy in central Bristol.
The consultancy works predominantly in residential however they also do some work in sports and leisure, mixed use and Passivhaus.
This opportunity would be to work predominantly in the retrofit sector and to carry out this work within the Bristol area, however you will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of projects across all other sectors.
Predominantly office based with the flexibility to work from home if required.

The Role: ARB / RIBA Qualified Experienced and confident using Revit is preferred but not mandatory Excellent design skills and technical knowledge on medium to large projects Proficient in UK Building regulations You will be primarily responsible for technical design, details, specifications, coordination and solving any issues that arise Working through all RIBA stages Able to work on multiple and complex projects Run projects through all RIBA stages Be enthusiastic, proactive and a good communicator Have excellent technical knowledge
