Job Profile I am seeking a qualified and experienced Architect with previous experience in a similar role or ready to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the highest standards of architectural design and project management.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to lead and inspire a team of talented architects and designers.
Responsibilities Managing the overall operations of the architectural practice.
Leading and mentoring a team of senior architects and designers.
Overseeing planning and pre-application processes.
Liaising with external consultants and stakeholders.
Representing the firm at planning committees and other relevant forums.
Managing projects involving new developments, historic and listed buildings, and both domestic and commercial buildings.
Skills/Experience Senior-level experience in an architectural practice.
Proven track record in planning, pre-applications, and dealing with external consultants.
Experience speaking at planning committees.
Strong background in managing projects across various types of buildings, including historic and listed properties.
Qualifications RIBA Part 3 ARB (Architects Registration Board) CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) Software Proficiency AutoCAD or ArchiCAD Revit Vector Works Hours Full-time Bespoke office-based role, hours and package to suit you, balanced with the needs of the business
