Archicad Designer

Your new company You will be working remotely, but joining a design practice that focusses its work solely within the residential sector, aiming to design beautiful and meaningful house for all.
The director of this practice is looking for a talented ArchiCAD designer to join their team on a monthly rolling contract (with the chance to go permanent after 6-months).
Your new role In your new role you will be required to... Work on residential design models from RIBA stages 3-4.
Assisting the director on residential projects.
Eventually work from RIBA stages 1-5, designing interiors and landscapes.
If the candidate is proficient with Twinmotion 2022 onwards, different visualisation roles are also available.
What you'll need to succeed Proficiency with ArchiCAD 22 (Essential) Proficiency with Twinmotion 2022 (Desirable) Good understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
