We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant / Support Worker to join their vibrant team, supporting young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities in the local community.
Their mission is not just to provide exceptional care but to instil a passion for the work they do in the team.
They are looking to recruit a Support Worker to the team, working with an exceptional young man with complex care needs that lives in his own home in Burgess Hill.
This role will see you working on a rota with this young man as part of a dedicated team working either long days 7am - 9pm or night shifts 9pm through to 7am, at night you will be supporting with personal care, administering meds and monitoring him during sleeping time, during the day he lives a full and exciting life with various social events that he attends on a regular basis.
(full training will be provided) We are seeking an individual with: A fun and happy outlook on life.
Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
Right to work in the UK (unfortunately sponsorship is not available on this role) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
