Location: Near Cirencester, Gloucestershire About Us: The Bathurst Estate is a large mixed Estate farming circa 4000 hectares.

The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious arable Operator to join our dedicated arable team.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in our farming operations.
Key Responsibilities: Grain Store Management: Oversee the operation of a 40T/drier and manage a 6000T grain store, with additional responsibility for an 8000T on-floor store during the harvest season.
Fertiliser Spreading Hedge Cutting Relief Spraying and Drilling Telehandler Operations Stewardship Establishment The Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous experience in an arable farming environment is desirable although the role is well-suited for an individual looking to expand their knowledge and skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Be willing to assist with livestock enterprises from time to time.
Organised: Strong time management and record-keeping skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications: Possession of PA1, PA2, PA4 S, and telehandler ticket is desirable.
However, training will be provided for the right candidate.
