To support their growth, they are seeking an experienced Trainer/Skills Coach to deliver and guide apprenticeship learners in Quality standards.

What's on Offer: Salary: £38,000 Bonus: Up to 5% of salary (after probation) Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays Work Arrangement: Remote, with occasional travel to South Yorkshire offices Support and Development: Ongoing career progression opportunities Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Trainer/Skills Coach to join the team, delivering quality training and coaching in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement to apprenticeship learners.
This role is pivotal in guiding learners to achieve their qualifications and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver remote training and coaching on Quality Management principles and methodologies.
Provide personalised support to help learners apply process improvement and optimisation techniques.
Lead regular coaching sessions to guide learners toward completing their qualifications.
Ensure that training meets learner and employer expectations.
Maintain high standards of coaching, supporting learners to remain on track with their apprenticeships.
Conduct engaging training sessions, both remotely and in person, within your area of expertise.
Monitor and assess learner progress through regular reviews.
Offer guidance on key competencies to ensure learners gain essential knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with employers and stakeholders for a comprehensive learning experience.
Support functional skills development as needed.
Ensure training aligns with awarding body compliance and quality standards.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles and process improvement techniques.
Experience in Health and Safety practices.
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PTTLS, Award in Education and Training, PGCE).
Vocational competence in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, or Health and Safety.
A Six Sigma qualification is a plus.
Minimum of GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2.
Experience with government-funded training programmes, especially apprenticeships.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Self-motivated and able to manage your workload independently.
