Regular training and development.Duties: To support Business Development Team with Digital Apprentice Services (DAS) administration resulting from their roles, ensuring compliant enrolment of Apprentices across the groupTo support employer Digital Apprenticeship Service activity / administrationTo action requests for information and data swiftly, working with internal stakeholders where necessary to obtain an accurate picture.To understand the wider employer offer with regard to Apprenticeships, Higher Education and Adult Education in order to provide correct frontline IAG to employers as appropriateUtilise social media in line with group policies and agreed KPIs to market our offer by sharing appropriate messaging, success stories and opportunitiesSkills/Experience: Excellent customer service skillsProven organisational and administrative skillsAbility to work with limited supervision and be able to work on own initiative in identifying and tackling priorities of work.Qualifications: 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or equivalentIdeal Attributes: Experience of working within an educational environmentUnderstanding of Apprenticeships, Traineeships and complianceWorking knowledge of Digital Apprenticeship Service Closing date: 9th January 2025We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
