Duties: To lead a learner focussed approach to Apprenticeship Recruitment across the group To lead on actively recruiting candidates to Apprenticeships via events, marketing activity and collaboration with employer facing roles and curriculum departments To lead on actively advertising recruitment vacancies via all available platforms in line with agreed process in order to maximise attraction of great candidates to Apprenticeship roles To collaborate with employer facing roles to drive Apprenticeship growth in line with strategic aims and objectives To actively track and support all Apprenticeship applicants in line with agreed protocols Skills/Experience: Understanding of Apprenticeship standards and their benefits to both employers and candidates Understanding of recruitment processes, candidate matching and basic candidate assessments Excellent personal organisation and diary management Knowledge and experience of the DAS system Qualifications: Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent Ideal Attributes: You will have a keen interest in your industry and willing to undergo further training and development.
