The information below provides more detail about the role and you may also wish to learn a little more about working for South Hampshire College Group by viewing the below video. We offer great benefits including; 30 days leave per year (plus Bank Holidays) Employer pension contribution of 27.1%. Regular training and development. Pathways to teaching qualifications. Duties: To lead a learner focussed approach to Apprenticeship Recruitment across the group To lead on actively recruiting candidates to Apprenticeships via events, marketing activity and collaboration with employer facing roles and curriculum departments To lead on actively advertising recruitment vacancies via all available platforms in line with agreed process in order to maximise attraction of great candidates to Apprenticeship roles To collaborate with employer facing roles to drive Apprenticeship growth in line with strategic aims and objectives To actively track and support all Apprenticeship applicants in line with agreed protocols Skills/Experience: Understanding of Apprenticeship standards and their benefits to both employers and candidates Understanding of recruitment processes, candidate matching and basic candidate assessments Excellent personal organisation and diary management Knowledge and experience of the DAS system Qualifications: Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent Ideal Attributes: You will have a keen interest in your industry and willing to undergo further training and development. You are ambitious, professional, respectful and resilient, thriving in a high trust and high performance culture. You can make a significant contribution in our mission to provide excellence and opportunity in both technical and professional education, training and apprenticeships. Closing date: 9th January 2025We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
