As an Apprenticeship Administrator , you will be at the heart of the apprenticeship journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining compliance, and supporting our learners and employers every step of the way.

With Brexit, technology and other disruptive forces driving changes in the way goods move across borders and through the supply chain, logistics has never been more important to UK PLC.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding activities and maintain excellent communication with apprentices and stakeholders.
Ensure contractual agreements are completed and queries resolved efficiently.
Conduct compliance checks and make eligibility decisions during onboarding.
Maintain the accuracy of learner records and process changes through the APTEM E-portfolio.
Manage apprenticeship digital accounts, end-point assessments, and registrations.
Liaise with our centralised admin team to coordinate tests, results, and resits.
Raise invoices using our Dynamics system and ensure financial processes run smoothly.
Requirements Key Qualifications and Skills: Understanding of ESFA apprenticeship funding rules.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Problem-solving initiative and attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
A personable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
