Role description: Our Apprenticeship programme offers you an exciting opportunity to jump straight into the professional world and earn a living whilst also studying for professional qualifications.
As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business.
Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards chartership.
You'll be part of a supportive Early Careers community and will work alongside skilled professionals.
You'll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.
Role accountabilities: As a Management Consultant in our Business Transformation team, you will help our clients solve their most pressing problems by utilising bold, digitally enabled solutions that positively impact people, the planet and profit.
You'll help steer insights and develop solutions across an array of our service capabilities, including Transformational Change, Digital Transformation, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Procurement and Capital Programme Transformation.
No two days will be the same, and your responsibilities could include analysing data, creating presentations/reports, facilitating workshops or generally being a "safe pair of hands" to complete any task that is thrown at you.

On this apprenticeship you will complete the Level 4 Improvement Practitioner standard through our agreed training provider Hawk Training.
This will be delivered on a day release basis.
Qualifications & Experience: Have gained a minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications, grade 4-9 Including Maths and English.
And 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications at BBC minimum or Level 3 BTEC National Diploma at DMM minimum.
Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK (Apprentice Only) 18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts (Apprentice Only) You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working) We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
