Apprentice Functional Support Assistant (Admin)

It's an exciting time to be part of our team, we have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as an Apprentice Functional Support Assistant supporting 20-21Visual Art Centre, Normanby Hall Country Park & North Lincolnshire Museum.
The job involves providing an administration and finance support to a range of teams within our service.
It's an opportunity for someone who is keen to learn new skills whilst working alongside supportive colleagues.Daily tasks will include answering queries from internal & external customers, raising orders, processing invoices, processing timesheets, setting up new suppliers, assisting with banking, accurately capturing data.The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:• You must hold English and Maths GCSE A-C or 4+ or working towards• Have good communication skills, both verbal and written• Good Time Management• Basic IT Skills• Ability to meet deadlines• Team working• Commitment to complete an Apprenticeship• Ability to attend trainingYou will gain a Level 3 Business & Administration Qualification.You will be an integral member of the team working to provide an excellent service to employees, manager and customers.
