Role description: Our Apprenticeship programme offers you an exciting opportunity to jump straight into the professional world and earn a living whilst also studying for professional qualifications.
As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business.
Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards chartership.
You'll be part of a supportive Early Careers community and will work alongside skilled professionals.
You'll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed.
Role accountabilities: The Flood Risk and Hydrology team supports all parts of the Arcadis business in addressing the pressures of urbanisation and a changing climate.

In your role you will work with hydrologists and flood modelling experts to deliver flood mapping projects, flood risk assessments, reservoir flood studies, and water environment EIA and consenting studies.
Projects range from infrastructure developments to renewable energy schemes that we deliver for a diverse range of clients.
On this apprenticeship you will complete the BSc Environmental Management with University of the West of England, Bristol.
This is delivered on a day release basis.
Qualifications & Experience: Have gained a minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications, grade 4-9 Including Maths and English.
And 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications at BBC minimum.
Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK (Apprentice Only) 18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts (Apprentice Only) You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
