Apprentice Customer Service Administrator

Maidens of Telford are recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their team at their site in Telford.
Mon – Fri 40 hours National Minimum Wage, age relevant Course: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Start date: 2025 Additional benefits: Life assurance Pension Full Uniform and PPE Onsite Parking Cycle to work scheme Loyalty Awards (recognises employees with 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 years' service) Employee benefits and discounts across a range of top brands (including shopping, travel, motoring and days out) About the job: Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions Making sure POD's are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time Your knowledge and experience: Able to work in a fast paced environment Clear communication skills Attention to detail Hard working, positive and flexible attitude Team player Ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our Company values.
