The Role: Are you passionate about food and nutrition and looking to enter a dynamic role that lets you shine?
As our Apprentice Chef Manager, you'll be at the heart of our school's catering operations.
You'll be crafting delicious meals, inspiring your team to deliver the highest quality food and service, and making our school kitchen the best in town.
Here's what you'll be doing: Lead & Inspire: Train, coach, and motivate your kitchen team to deliver top-notch food and service.
Hands-On Management: Get involved in all aspects of the catering operation - from managing stock and costs to keeping our standards sky-high.
Menu Magic: Help develop exciting, nutritious menus that children will love.
Promotions & Events: Drive sales with fun promotions and special events.
Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain our excellent standards.
Training and Apprenticeship: You will be studying your Hospitality Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard Training will be delivered through a mix of online and face-to-face workshops and coaching sessions throughout the academic year You could also gain English and Maths qualifications, as well as Highfield Level 2 Food Safety and Level 3 Allergen Management certifications Why Join Us?
