Appointment Setter (Remote)

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships and driving business growth?
Our brand, is seeking a dynamic Cold Outreach/Appointment Setter to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base.
As a Cold Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through phone calls.

Hourly Rate: $20/hour USD + 2-Tier Performance Commissions
Needed Hours: 5h per day, Quota: ~30 calls per hour
Calling Hours:
8AM-11AM EST (30min break in the middle)
Then 1PM to 4PM EST (30min break in the middle)
Location: Fully-Remote (work from home)
*No sales on the call , only appointment setting is the goal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospects to introduce our products/services and schedule meetings.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address client needs.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.

- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
- Experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
