We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join us to help us expand our reach and connect with more estate agencies interested in upgrading their digital footprint.
The appointment setter plays a critical role in identifying and reaching out to prospective estate agencies generating interest in our software services and scheduling appointments for our Sales Manager.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who has strong communication skills and excels in relationship building .
Homeflow operates on a fully remote basis, but some travel will be required for bi annual company meetings.
Typical job tasks include Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including a mix of proactive cold calling and following up on leads generated from customer enquiries submitted via the website Identify and research estate agencies that could benefit from Homeflow services through online searches, industry publications, social media and other resources Develop new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions Perform data cleansing and maintenance within our in-house CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, enabling the identification of better business opportunities Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the company Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss our offering in more detail Follow up on initial outreach to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged until they are ready to schedule an appointment Review the lead management software to identify sales triggers from freemium clients, proactively reach out to explore upgrade opportunities, and take ownership of driving client engagement and conversion Track and report on weekly outreach activities, conversion rates and other KPI's We're looking for someone who has At least 1-2 years of experience in an appointment setting, lead generation or telemarketing role (in a B2B or real estate/SaaS sector) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently Self-motivated and confident individual who thrives on taking initiative and driving results Familiarity with CRM systems, Google packages and social media platforms People who thrive in this role at Homeflow are collaborative, not afraid to ask questions, open to new ideas and learning, and are motivated and ready to get stuck in.
