Reporting to: Commercial Director II.
JOB DESCRIPTION Area Manager - United Kingdom (Washing and Water Treatment Plant Sales Sector) Company Description: Matec Industries, an international company specialized in the design and sale of selection, washing and water treatment systems for the material recovery and recycling industry, with particular attention to the sectors of treatment of quarry materials and recycling of demolition waste .
Thanks to continuous innovation and the quality of our solutions, we are a point of reference in the sector and we are looking for an Area Manager to follow and expand our presence in the British market.
Position: Area Manager - United Kingdom Main responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our range of washing plants and water treatment systems.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitoring the market and competitive landscape in the UK cable recycling and treatment sector; • Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to the presentation of the proposal until the closing of the contract; • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions are optimized to meet specific customer needs; • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve turnover objectives; • Provide periodic reports to sales management on sales performance, new market opportunities and customer feedback.
Requirements: • At least 5 years' experience in commercial roles, preferably in the sector of industrial plants, washing, water treatment or recycling or machinery for quarries and mines; • Excellent knowledge of the British market and specific sector regulations; • Ability to work independently, with excellent communication, negotiation and result-oriented skills; • Availability to travel frequently within the United Kingdom; What We Offer: • Permanent contract with competitive remuneration package; • Commission plan linked to results achieved above market standards • Growth opportunities in a solid and expanding company; • Continuous technical and training support.
