Citizens Advice Worcester and Citizens Advice Herefordshire Operations and Training Manager (Worcester Core Volunteer Service) – based in Worcester Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week.
Salary £29,572 -£30,599 according to experience.
The post holder will be key to delivering our Generalist Advice Service.
Duties include recruiting and training volunteer advisers, taking the lead for the delivery of the volunteer training programme.
The role has responsibility for supervising and managing the volunteers, to ensure a consistent level of service is maintained, monitoring quality advice standards.
The post holder will look for opportunities to promote volunteering with our service and work with senior management to maintain relationships with our partners.
