Our client is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team.

Working closely with the Assistant Buyer, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting product launches and ensuring marketing activities are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Calendar Management: Help manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all product launches, campaigns, and key activities are planned and delivered on schedule.
- Product Launch Coordination: Support the launch of new products by ensuring that all marketing materials—descriptions, images, pricing—are accurate and aligned across website, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Content Creation & Management: Assist in preparing marketing assets, including product descriptions, artwork, and promotional material for online and offline campaigns.
- Assembly Instructions & Marketing Artwork: Coordinate and manage the development of assembly instructions and marketing artwork to support product launches.
- Email Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Social Media & External PR: Support external PR initiatives, including drafting copy for press releases and coordinating content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Exhibition Support: Help prepare marketing materials for exhibitions and trade shows, and support event organisation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to drive improvements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
