?*What is Holly Tree House?
* Holly Tree House aims to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative alternative to acute mental health hospital admission for people with issues that may affect their mental health.
We provide short-term care for individuals facing life's challenges, offering a peaceful and supportive environment where individuals can focus on their well-being and begin their journey to recovery.
The short stay recovery house will support and provide interventions in the least restrictive environment consistent with people's health and social care, and safety needs.
Equity of access to an alternative to admission for people is ensured.
We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to lead and manage Holly Tree House.
As Service Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team providing 24-hour housing support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, but who do not require hospital admission.
Your role will involve ensuring that short-term, intensive interventions are effectively delivered to help people in crisis navigate their recovery process.
*Key Responsibilities:* Lead, support, and manage a team to deliver high-quality care within a 24-hour staffed environment.
Oversee the delivery of short-term interventions aimed at reducing the impact of mental health crises.
Work closely with the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust Crisis Team and other partners as part of a multi-agency approach.
Conduct risk assessments, manage risks effectively, and ensure the safety and well-being of those in your care.
Compile and analyse data to produce monthly reports for the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Collaborate with other Service Managers across the Short Stay Recovery Houses to share best practices and maintain consistency in service delivery.
*About You: To be considered for this role, you will need:* Previous experience in managing a team, ideally within a mental health or crisis care setting.
A solid understanding of mental health issues and the challenges faced by individuals in crisis.
Experience working within a multi-agency framework, collaborating with other professionals to provide integrated care.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage risk and oversee service delivery.
