People deserve more from their money. More visibility, more control, and more freedom. Since 2015, Revolut has been on a mission to deliver just that. Our powerhouse of products — including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more — help our 45+ million customers get more from their money every day.
As we continue our lightning-fast growth, 2 things are essential to our success: our people and our culture. In recognition of our outstanding employee experience, we've been certified as a Great Place to Work. So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission. And we're looking for more brilliant people. People who love building great products, redefining success, and turning the complexity of a chaotic world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution.
About the role We approach Behavioural Science at Revolut the same way that we approach everything else — with innovation, logical thinking, and lots of style. We take the most complex problems in behavioural science and build tailor-made solutions that create beneficial outcomes.
We start with deep data analysis to understand our employees, their objectives, and any issues they might have. Then we use quantitative and qualitative research, statistics, and advanced machine learning algorithms to deliver the best possible results for Revolut and Revoluters. We experiment, iterate, and build empirically-sound, science-backed solutions, using the most advanced methods and techniques.
We're looking for a next-level Behavioural Scientist to help shape the future of our high-growth, high-performance culture. You'll be working alongside the best in behavioural science, data science, engineering, and human resources on impactful projects that'll move our company forward.
