Applications Product SpecialistCK Group are recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a diagnostics company working field based in South/South East of England on a contract basis for 14 months.
Salary: Daily £200-£230 PAYE or £265-£305 Umbrella Applications Product Specialist Role: Be responsible for providing application, technical or scientific support to internal/external customersHandle customer enquiries from the acceptance of application product problems through to case resolutionTo deliver sustainable solutions for support casesDeliver customer trainingProvide on site support activitiesYour Background: Degree educated (relevant biomedical discipline) -Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background.Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired)Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural team environment (strongly desired)Full UK/EU (or equivalent ) driving licencePassport (required for overseas training).Company: Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a major presence in the UK.
