Application Support (IFS) Woking £45 - £55k DOE DXP Talent are looking for an Application Support Engineer with experience in IFS to join our client based in Woking.
Working as part of an existing team, the Application Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the IFS system (currently Apps 10) and being part of a team that migrate to IFS Cloud.
Day to day, you'll be supporting the existing Apps 10 platform, testing, reviewing and carrying out system updates and ensure the stable running of the system.
In addition, you'll also perform tasks such as: - Providing user support and training - Troubleshooting and investigating system errors - Follow Change Control processes and ensuring procedures are adhered to - Working with external IFS partners to find resolutions when fixes can't be made internally - Ensuring environments are prepped for new IFS releases - Monitor IFS Connect, Application Messages and background jobs to ensure stability - Manage plan for database clones and organise as necessary The role is predominantly based on site with 1 day remote working available each week so please bear this is mind when applying.
