Location: Remote (UK-based) - Travel once per month to Leeds office

Application Support Engineer Responsibilities: Take ownership of incidents, problems, and requests for support, managing and resolving them through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Provide 2nd & 3rd line support across a range of applications in cloud, Azure, and on-premise environments.
Liaise with internal teams, software suppliers, and external vendors to develop system enhancements and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs), monitoring performance against agreed standards.
Administer and monitor critical applications, ensuring continuous service availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate requirements and implement service improvements.
Develop and document detailed plans for the installation and commissioning of hardware/software updates and upgrades.
Provide support for application configuration management and work across key business functions to drive service improvement initiatives.
Application Support Engineer Requirements: Proven experience in an application support role - 2nd & 3rd line level Familiarity with enterprise applications such as CRM platforms (e.g., InterAction, Vuture, Poppulo), business services systems, and e-discovery tools like RelativityOne.
Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL), Power BI, SSRS, and tools like PowerShell scripting, Ansible, and Terraform.
Experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills, able to analyse and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across various teams and backgrounds.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
