I am seeking a highly communicative & technical Application Support Analyst to join a market-leading software platform.
They have built an online marketplace that offers its consumers direct access to the best heating/utilities products on the market, and have successfully installed over 150,000 products so far They're looking for someone to be part of a fast paced Platform team, building and maintaining solutions to ensure great experiences for our customers, installers and customer service team.

Responsibilities Work closely with our Customer Service and Operations team to investigate/reproduce and triage alldefects they raise Raise and log defects within JIRA Provide our Customer Service and Operations team with support on the platform Work closely with our development team to inform them of any bugs that need to be fixed Communicate with our Field Engineers if they are experiencing issues with the app Generate and report weekly reports on the status of defects & support requests Contribute to Test Strategies where required with the QA team Skills & qualifications Solid experience using JIRA Experience/knowledge across functional test phases Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual Understanding of testing methodologies in an Agile team Experience in testing mobile devices/applications (iOS & Android) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Beneficial skills/interests but not essential Understanding of Agile methodologies in software development Experience in cross browser/environment testing Knowledge of AWS & Heroku Experience with Ruby and Postgres SQL Proven previous experience in testing web applications and/or Back Office systems Application Support Analyst Onsite – Leeds £40,000 - £50,000 Plus 30 days holiday & much more!
