We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a leading software and services provider and one of Dexters long-standing clients.
In this role, you'll use your technical know-how to support innovative software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery across the business.

What You'll Do: Provide expert application support, ensuring SLA targets are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using SQL, automation tools, and data diagnostics.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Play a key role in software updates and adapting to industry changes.
What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, with knowledge of automation tools being a bonus.
A background in the utilities or energy sector is highly desirable although not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and organisation.
