Applications Engineer - £50 - 60K Hybrid, Birmingham Spinks are partnered with a global leader in the Veterinary Services space who are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Applications Engineer.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 3rd Line support for a range of applications and systems, ensuring high performance and stability.
Contribute to digital transformation projects, focusing on product & platform integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams Optimise system performance and automate business processes Maintain databases, integrations, and ensure data security best practices Document processes and implement service improvements across applications.
Essential Skills & Experience: 4+ years in Service Desk roles, ideally with 2+ years in 2nd/3rd Line Application Support.
Application Development and SaaS configuration.
PowerShell, SQL, and data integrations.
