We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the financial health and stability of the business while driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial reports.
Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models, ensuring effective financial planning.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.
Support and influence decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and reporting.
Lead, develop, and motivate a finance team.
Key Skills & Experience: Fully qualified accountant with proven leadership experience in a similar role.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive positive change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership capabilities, including team development and performance management.
