Kent & Essex Hybrid Working The role Were looking for an ASB Officer to join our leading ASB service in the Housing team here at Southern Housing.
This hybrid role is based at one of our Kent based offices (to be agreed with Head of Region)at least 2 days a week.

The Role: Reporting to the ASB Manager, youll deliver excellent service to residents affected by ASB.
Youll triage new ASB reports, assess situations, and create action plans to investigate, manage risks, and support those affected.
Youll manage a varied ASB caseload, investigate incidents, evaluate evidence, and take appropriate action, including legal remedies.
Youll also contribute to neighbourhood strategies to tackle ASB .
Responsibilities include: Completing risk assessments and dynamically assess situations to tackle ASB and support complainants.
Investigating reports of nuisance, harassment, and anti-social behaviour (and occasionally domestic abuse), and determine appropriate actions.
Deciding on additional measures for evidence gathering, such as sound recording and CCTV.
Maintaining high standards of case management and support teams through supervision.
Keeping meticulous records of all actions, discussions, and decisions.
What Youll Need: Experience in ASB case management, preferably in social housing.
Excellent communication skills across various channels.
Teamwork skills to deliver excellent service in a challenging environment.
Experience with equality and diversity issues, including Equality Impact Assessments.
Professional curiosity to identify residents with support needs.
Ability to manage resilience in a challenging environment.
